We offer cover for people that have suffered a personal injury following an accident, where there is no pre-existing legal expenses insurance or other means to fund a claim. We provide after the event insurance, which works in conjunction with a Conditional Fee Agreement, arranged with a solicitor.

Justice Solutions provides the security and reassurance for the financial risks of pursuing a personal injury claim. The amount of the insurance premiums and the arrangements of the scheme have been considered and approved by the Court of Appeal in the case of Rogers v Merthyr Tydfil CBC (2006).
