• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence
• Tenancy disputes (personal clients only)

Our Personal and Business Litigation product is an innovative and comprehensive policy, drafted to cover both personal and business clients as fully as possible against all the uncertainties of litigation and works in conjunction with a Conditional Fee Agreement. Our insurance is arranged through specialist intermediaries or firms of solicitors who have been approved and accredited by 80^e.
